Fonts not showing as option in Numbers or Pages

I have several Chinese character fonts installed as fonts in Font Book on my MacAir but they don't come up as choices as fonts in either Pages or Numbers...

In Pages go to Format > Font > Show Fonts, make sure Collection is set to All Fonts, and check the entire list. Do you not see it there? What is the name?
