I phone 10 stolen and turned off

My I phone 10 got stolen today and I ended up tracking it with find my iPhone, however, the thief ended up turning the phone off and I have absolutely no clue what to do.

Can anyone help?

Oh yes - and if you get any messages stating your phone has been located and you need to enter your apple ID and password to get the location, don't do it. This will be the thief trying to get those details from you. If the location is available at all, it will be in find my phone (where you have already looked)
