Genius bar

I am going to schedule an appointment with genius bar to take my iphone by guarantee applecare + but the phone was bought by my wife and she gave it to me as a gift, applecare + is in my name but the bill for the iphone is in the name of my wife and she cannot go with me, do you think I'd have problems if she doesn't go with me? I have a copy of the iphone purchase invoice. I can go by myself and get my phone repaired?
