My Mickey Mouse watch face says the time when double tapping, but Minnie Mouse no longer does. Clearly it isn't the settings or both would be affected the same way. I am wearing Apple Watch Series 6 and need help to restore the Minnie Mouse audio.

Thanks but the issue was that Mickey was working and Minnie was not. Therefore, nothing to do with the settings. I did delete and reload, turn off, charge, and double check all the settings to no avail - so not sure why it stopped mid day after working for a week, nor why Mickey was working fine but Minnie wasn't!
