Apps keep spinning but not installing.

It sounds like you are unable to download apps on your Apple Watch.

Here are some resources that might help:

• Review the steps in If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device.

• Make sure your watch has enough storage. Check how much available storage your watch has by opening its Settings app, then going to General > Usage.

• To help isolate, if you are trying to install the apps from your iPhone, try doing it directly from the Apple Watch if possible, vise-versa. See Get more apps on Apple Watch

• Ensure you re connected to a strong network, Connect Apple Watch to a Wi-Fi network and try a different network if possible. If your devices use a VPN or security software, try with disabling this software as it can effect your network.
