How do I measure VO max.? I cannot get to the setup.

But I managed to get one measutement, which showed 'below average, 16,4') 28. december 2020, but since then I did not have any measurements.

Shall I reset the watch? (Serie 6, bought december 2020)?

Greetings KStentoft,

We understand that you are having some difficulty with some measurements on your Apple Watch, and we'd like to help. Begin by following these recommendations.

First, make sure you're selecting either Walk, Run or a Hiking Workout, and that you're working out at a brisk pace.

Also, while you're working out, is your heart rate being tracked as expected? Monitor your heart rate with Apple Watch

If you've met both of the criteria above and the issues persist, we recommend contacting Apple here: Get Support

Take care.
