I have made a bit of an error and having trouble finding out if there is anything I can do to fix it.
i am editing a video which Is shot at different frame rates so half my footage is shot at a different frame rate to the the the projects frame rate, as a result i any panning shots are really choppy and not very smooth, does anyone know a way to fix it?

Are you in Europe? If so, try using Compressor or Handbrake to convert the 29.97 to 25 and see how it looks.

I can get the first half running smoothly but the one filmed at 29.97 I am having difficulty with, kicking myself as it’s a really stupid mistake
Please give the exact specifications. The exact frame rates are important.
