how does one get help from Apple support

I've spent hours, literally hours on hold. The product I purchased was broken, hours there, promised a refund for new MacBook air and because it was partially migrated I was told to have erased, at my cost 100.00, now they are refusing to refund this in anything other than another purchase. Thieves. Never have is received such poor service, as there is no such thing as Apple support, its an oxymoron.

Depending on where you are (global, regional, country) your

sales, service, support, or training options could vary a bit.

• Mac Repair - Official Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service

-or-

• Get Support - Apple

https://getsupport.apple.com/

-or-

• Apple Repair and Repair Status Check - Official Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/repair

These cover most the same territory; you can ask about "send-in"

service/repair. ~ Also if you received a case or incident number, ask

how to escalate this issue to a higher level of attention.

Depending on your region, or country, etc you may see if there

are other 'authorized' sources of service and repair in your area.

Several 'authorized' Apple service repair business are available and

are independent business; & not officially Apple. Your mileage may

vary; depending on who/where/how your Mac service was done.

Global/regional/country:

• Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector

https://locate.apple.com/findlocations

• Apple - Find Locations (near/regional/country)

https://locate.apple.com/

Most here are voluntary participants, in peer-to-peer

discussions help; and are not representative of Apple.

Good luck & happy computing!
