google drive on desktop - change account

Hello, does anyone know how to change the google account linked to the desktop app of Google Drive? I've tried so far: delete it and reinstall making sure i was signed on the proper google account when I downloaded the desktop app on my mac.

Google Drive Install Problem - Mac desktop Hello, I was hoping to get some help with some trouble I’m having installing Google Drive on my Mac desktop. I’m being prevented from loading the Google Drive for the first time because of block in the Security & Privacy function. Im asked to disconnect my account and sign in again, which I’ve done several times. Every time I check the Security and Privacy screen, the button to “allow” the Google Drive app to be loaded is grayed out. I rebooted a few times and tried the process again to no avail. I also followed some others advice for watching the Security and Privacy screen for a few second opening of the “allow” box once once i disconnect and re login, but I have not seen that happen. How to remove a Google account that keeps on reappearing in MacOS? Dear all, I have a google account that does not stay 'deleted' from my iMac. When I remove (and delete from all other devices) the account from 'internet accounts' it reappears after a minute and adds itself to my accounts list. I've never used the account on my iMac only in Safari (private browsing) and never on any other device; password is not stored in the keychain. This problem drives me nuts and I can't figure out how to keep google away from my system. Thanks!
