iTunes Match

iTunes Match home sharing seems to work fine with iPhone when in my home network- but when I leave the house the library disappears. Help!

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support and Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support. When your content in iTunes is marked as purchased, matched, or uploaded then it should also be available on your device.

Home Sharing is designed to share the library between devices connected to the same local network. If you have a subscription to iTunes Match then you should enabled Sync Library (aka iCloud Music Library) in both your computer and your device so that they can share a common library that syncs through the cloud.
