It doesn't matter how i scan a document with Image Capture or with Scanner through system preferences into PDF format, for some reason i can not open it with any pdf reader, it says its corrupted.
Could anyone help me please. I used to be able to scan before normally.

Those two are actually the same engine, so it is not surprising that they both result in the same problem.
Which PDF reader? Preview?
What if you scan into Preview directly (File menu > Import from <scanner name>)
Did you install the latest firmware for your printer, i.e. V3.92.00. You can find the update driver at: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-m2070-laser-multifunction-printer-series/16450377
VueScan can drive your scanner without any Samsung or HP software/drivers necessary. Just take the VueScan product for a test drive and see if eliminating Samsung/HP software altogether allows you to get uncorrupted scans. If this doesn't work, then there is an issue with the scanner hardware, or the USB cable.
I would suggest that you advise what make and model number of scanner that you have, so I could check if VueScan supports it. Then, if VueScan does support your scanner (without any vendor software needed), then it would be interesting to see if the PDF generated by VueScan were ok, or if they too were corrupted.
Preview, Adobe and Pdf expert. None of them work :(
