How to delete an activity award

I’ve started using my Apple Watch a lot more and use awards to motivate me, but to my surprise I already had a New Exercise Record of 442 min on the 10th of February.

After investigating it turns out that it was a workout app that started a workout at night.

I’ve now deleted all the data for this day but the award is still here and the activity on the day are not changing either. It seems as once they’re set they can’t be changed. Is there a way to force the activity app to recount everything or that specific day?
