Can't Turn On Camera for Microsoft Teams

Many of the internet advice says to go to Privacy and Click on Camera, but no Camera comes up in my Privacy settings.

When I'm in the Teams meeting, it says my camera setting is Face Time HD Camera (Built-In).

Please help!

Hi there, DerbyMitch!

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities to get help with your Mac camera. We understand that it isn't working when you're in a Microsoft Teams meeting. We'd be happy to help!

For troubleshooting issues with the built-in Mac camera, check out the Apple Support article If your built-in camera isn’t working on your Mac - Apple Support.

If the issue is exclusive to Teams (meaning you can use the camera in other apps, like FaceTime or Photo Booth), see Microsoft's troubleshooting here: My camera isn't working in Teams - Office Support.
