I purchased an iPad and keyboard case for my daughter for Christmas. When we set everything up the other day there are several keys on the keypad that will not work. Is this something that needs to be replaced or is there something I can try at home to fix it?

Which ones exactly?? If by chance it is 789uiojkl, you need to go to the Accessibility settings and turn OFF Mouse Keys.
