Hi, I was wondering what can be done about my iPad Pro 11” keyboard folio case bought with financial aid. Letters W, S, X, and the number 2 will not type out what so ever. I even checked the metal prongs and notice glue on one so I took it off and nothing has changed. What should I do, who do I talk to is there a to fix at home. I’ve already tried resetting everything.

May I know did you upgrade your iOS to the latest version? Also, did you place your Smart Keyboard folio into the correct position, the type position?
