PUK Code

I need to unlock my phone and it’s saying I need a new PUK code and I cannot contact anybody using my phone because it does not work. I cannot call or receive calls. I cannot text or receive text. I need some help please!

You get the PUK code from your phone carrier, so you need to get in touch with them.
