Iphone 12 Pro wireless charging STILL doesn't work even after upgrading to IOS 14.3

Just a quick note that after activating my new iphone 12 pro last Wednesday 12/30, I noticed it was not charging on my YooTech wireless charging pad that was working fine last week (and that I used for my iphone 8 for a couple of years without a problem).

I looked up the issue and noted that it is known to Apple, so followed the recommendation to upgrade to IOS 14.3. Still have the same problem with wireless charging via both the YooTech and a third-party magsafe charger - neither work. The phone charges fine when plugged into a cable.

Note to Apple: Upgrading to IOS 14.3 didn't fix the wireless charging problem new iphone 12 pro owners are encountering.

Update: the same fix as in IOS 14.2 worked - I turned the phone off, turned it back on, and it's charging again with my old YooTech charging pad. But we shouldn't have to power cycle our phones every day or more often to get our wireless charging to work. Steve Jobs would not be happy...

PS - after power cycling, BOTH my old YooTech and new Magsafe wireless charging pads work. But even after installing IOS 14.3, they STILL stop working within hours after powercycling, and won't work until I powercycle the phone again. The regular charging cable works without a problem - the issue is only with wireless charging. Please advise on next steps to fix this wireless charging issue with the iphone 12 pro, Apple!
