Mac won't update Operating System

My MacBook Pro won't update to anything beyond Sierra. It's a relatively new computer. It's a 2017. There are no options available to update it to Catalina or (heaven forfend) Big Sure. Please help. Tried everything on other forums.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

The details & additional links with information are here:

Newer details also are within this page/links.

(..If your usual applications need 32-bit drivers, you

may find newer 64-bit apps. Or upgrade to Mojave

10.14.6 instead of later '64-bit catalina or big sur'..)

• Go G4 - makes it easy to upgrade for the future.
