My MacBook Pro won't update to anything beyond Sierra. It's a relatively new computer. It's a 2017. There are no options available to update it to Catalina or (heaven forfend) Big Sure. Please help. Tried everything on other forums.

Have you tried going through the App Store. You just need to search for Big Sur.
