Twitter links opening in Safari as opposed to app

As of 2-3 days ago, now when I click in twitter links, most notable from my text messages or in the Discord app, instead of redirecting the link to my Twitter app, it opens the link in Safari. At first I though it was just a Discord problem but then I noticed it happening in Twitter links in text messages too, so I figure it must be on the iOS side of things. Is anyone else experiencing this and have you found a solution?
