My audio recorder is not working

I got my phone just a week ago and now I am facing problems recording the audio. Also, during the calls other people are unable to hear my voice. The voice memos is also not recording the voice at all. I can just hear a blank noise when I record it and nothing else. However, when I record a video from the camera, I can hear the voice clear.

Please help me with this. I has just been a week since I bought my phone and I am facing these problems!

Hi vishwa16,

It looks like the iPhone you recently received is having issues with the audio recording and people are unable to hear you when you call them, however, when making a video with the built-in camera you have no issues. Audio is important to have on your phone for communicating and leaving messages. We're happy to help.
