Upgrade storage

I am attempting to respond to the alert that my iCloud storage for my account. I do not have an iPhone but I do have Mac desktop, lap top and iPad. I gained successful access to my iCloud account but for the life of me cannot seen to navigate to update the storage. The tutorials were primarily focused on iPhones. Can you please help??
