Loss of a note

I just accidentally deleted a whole section of notes. I had a TON of info in that secretion. Can I restore it??

If it was a note as a whole it would be there in the recently deleted folder. Part of the note could have been recovered immediately by "undo" only. That is by shaking the iPhone.
