Can I get my phones serial number or meld number from here

i dropped and cracked my phone and I was in the bathroom when it happen and it somehow got a little water damage and now none of my side buttons will work, meaning volume buttons or side lock or power button. so therefore I cannot get my phone out of recovery mode because I cannot restart my device like needed.

Places to look:

The original box or sales receipt
Log into the AppleID and check under registered devices. ( http://appleid.apple.com )
On another Apple movile device registered to the same AppleID, go to Settings, tap on the AppleID item on top (where your name appears), look in the list of registered devices and select the one.
