How does a blocked caller still get through?

I have been receiving telemarketing calls from a number that is on my blocked list. I have created a contact called "1 Blocked Caller" as advised in other previous answers.

In adding numbers I noticed that when I added the number to my blocked list, it saved with the local area code of (03) for Victoria, australia. However, when I checked my message area, it says I missed a call from (+613) which is the Australia and Victoria codes.

I have now added that number to the blocked contact list so hopefully this is the fix - listing all combinations of the caller.
