Blocking calls by name as well as number

This was asked a year ago but needs to be asked again in the hope that Apple will implement it.

With the proliferation of spam calls, it would be very useful to be able to block calls from a name as well as specific numbers. I get an increasing number of robo/spam calls from "Toll Free Service", but always from a different number. Blocking the number after the fact is of limited use as they just call from another one. In this case, being able to block anything from "Toll Free Service", irrespective of the number, would help. In fact, also being able to block anything from a 1-800 type number would help as well. Some legitimate companies do use a 1-800 number to call (I am waiting for one today) but these can be added to the Contacts so they go through. I have my phone block any number that is not in my Contacts and in any case would not answer any call that does not have a recognizable caller's name.
