Spam calls

I don’t understand how the caller ID can label a call as spam or telemarketing and not have an option to refuse those calls.

That type of option would be provided by your carrier......not Apple.

I still don’t want voicemail messages from these places and I don’t wanna see missed calls from them either.

This is my request to Apple to make a feature to reject these calls and block the incoming callers.

Apple has no control over the options which your carrier provides.

Call your carrier regarding your requests. They will explain to you what they can and cannot do. Apple has no control over what your carrier decides in the way of options and features.

Calls are a carrier feature. Contact your carrier for options.
