PowerMac G4 Target Disk Mode not working

Any ideas? I’m a novice computer guy so I’ll do my best to keep up with anyone willing to help me try and figure this out

P.S. Running all latest updates that were available for this machine (https://everymac.com/systems//powermac_g4/specs/powermac_g4_450.html)

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

Usually you won't go to that screen, in normal process to

use FireWire Target Disk Mode; as versatile as it can be.


To be sure, what need did you have to use FWTDM?
