Apple Cash Setup Not Working FIX

If you're having issues with Apple Cash and getting it set up here's a few fixes:

Go Into Settings, Language and Region and make sure its USA and English for the language (if that's your info)
Go to Wallet and Apple Pay in settings and toggle Apple Cash off and back on
Turn on and off airplane mode
Restart your device
Go to the Wallet app and try to set up Apple Cash once again
