Apple shop invoice not received

How can I receive an invoice for an iPhone purchased in December 2019? I gave the salesman my email address but nothing received (junk mail checked).

I bought this iPhone in Dubaï, Dubaï Mall

You should have received an official Apple invoice by e-mail but if you have not and you require an additional copy for your records, you may contact Apple Store Customer Service or print your receipt on our Order Status website.

thank you for your response.

unfortunately I haven’t received an email and I don’t have my order number as it was purchased in store... Therefor I cannot request a copy.

do you know how I can contact customer service ? I only have a number to call but the shop is not in my current country as I purchased in Dubaï and live in France.
