There are many pre made tunings on GarageBand, so if two people use the same music in their videos on YouTube, so can the other person send a copyright strike on me through YouTube for using the music that we both took out from GarageBand?

However, nothing prevents anybody - usually large corporations - from requesting that a video be taken down. Your defense would be the above web page, but whether YouTube will listen or not is up for grabs.
