Repair help

Hi

I have a unresponsive touch screen, on my Iphone X. This should allow me to get a free repair under their touch screen replacement program for Iphone X's. However, due to the UK's new national lockdown, means all phone shops will be closed. Meaning I wont be able to get mine into be repaired. I have contacted apple support, and they say I am unable to send my phone in through mail in. Leaving with no other options, and no working phone until the lockdown ends, which has been said to be near the beginning of march.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get further help from, because this is ridiculous that I have 0 options available to me.
