If you don't want to use iCloud as your email, you can disable it via Settings > Name > iCloud > Mail > switch off.

iCloud has replaced my “all inbox” inbox at the top of my mailbox menu.How do I delete iCloud and get back all email inbox? My iPad is still showing “all inboxes” and the icon shows as a double envelope. How do I get this back on my iPhone 6s?
