You will not have any warranty service coverage. It is my understanding that FaceTime should work.
Due to differences in cellular band support, regional availability of wireless carriers, and other differences, service centers outside the country of origin may not be able to provide replacements functionally identical to the original and aren't obligated to honor the warranty. They may anyway, but this shouldn't be relied upon.

Why they said on youtube that even you buy it internationally that has a same product on apple that available in both country. The warranty works?
