Some iMessages won’t send
I just recently for the iPhone 11, and for some reason it won’t let me send messages to one of my friends who has an Android. I’m not sure what to do about it it.
iMessages cannot be sent to Android users. It is called SMS.
May be accidentally he has blocked your Phone number.
