Hi I bought an iPhone 11 today and I’m not being able to use any of my data there’s a poop up that says an update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone my phone is on iOS 14.3 so I’m a bit confused on what update I need to do

settings -cellular - see if there is an option to update, if not contact your phone carrier.
