Icloud Password Recovery

Hello Guys,

I used to have an iPhone, a year ago I sold my iPhone and bought an android mobile, Yesterday I have bought a new iPhone and I wanted to recover the backups from my last iPhone.

Unfortunately, I have forgotten my iCloud password and I couldn't figure out how to recover it. they keep sending my codes on my ...@icloud.com and I don't even know the password to open it.

Somehow today I was that I have to wait another 13 days to recover my email. I have no idea how to fix this problem. your help is highly appreciated.

P.S: of course it's not the Apple id I'm using now.
