Why can’t my phone accept photos and attachments through text? Also I can’t use sms group chat only iMessage chat and as soon as sms is in the iMessage chat I’m no longer able to send or receive sms or mms in the group. It’s not my provider or plan it’s the phone

Sorry since you said group imessage and imessag works, it isn't an Apple or iphone issue, since their feature works.
SMS/MMS is a phone carrier feature - you need to call them to resolve your issue.

Doesn't matter if you're on the same plan each phone is different, no need to reply back until you called your phone carrier.
