Deductions from my Debit card

Apple keeps deducting $11.99 for over a year now after canceling all subscriptions. I have even changed my payment method to my debit card from my country. However despite all this $11.99 continue to be deducted from my card from Commonwealth Bank. I have never received any receipt for all these payments. When I check for subscriptions on my phone, it says you have no active or hidden subscriptions. I am not sure now what I should do for this deduction to stop. I am contemplating closing my account. I have 4 apple devices but the iPad is broken down. Please help me.
