MacBook Freezes During Zoom

Okay, I had this problem were my computer was freezing when I used it for a couple hours. I fixed it when I updated - I was too afraid to update due to loosing files, etc.

Wonderful, fixed.

In my first zoom class and my computer freezes. Twice. I go to chrome and its frozen. Then I restart my computer and everything is fine.

Is it my internet? Is it Zoom? Do i need to make more room on icloud?

Can't zoom in. After I updated the MacBook, some downloads and personalized things are gone and the whole screen is zoomed out. Like where the top tabs with the file, edit, view, history, etc. are shrunk. Every app or website I go to is all small and I tried zooming, but it only zooms on the image on the screen and not the whole thing. I regret even updating and whenever I close the MacBook, it wouldn't turn off and I have to shut it off and when I start it to use it again, it will bring me to a login page as if I got it new and unrecognizable to me. Please help.

Black windows in many apps incl. Safari, ZOOM, Apple mail / messages , slack, etc or glacially slow to load ( macbook pro 2021 OS ventura 13.5) Increasingly over the past 2-3 weeks I get m ore and more black windows in many apps incl Safari, ZOOM, Apple mail / messages , slack) Zoom recently was the worst as I teach and while other saw each other only saw black squares and no one could see me ( my video was on) many websites never load as with mail messages and slack. I dont know how to address this. It seems to get worse rather than better and I need my zoom app to work for work I see ohers mentioning this online elsewhere, so I think it is a ventura OS problem Thank you ahead of time for any help

getting frozen in/kicked out of zoom with macbook air using high sierra - is there a fix or solution? My computer had been working fine - including with zoom - and all of a sudden I am getting frozen or kicked out of zoom calls every time. I have a macbook air from 2018 using high sierra. I know others have had this problem and recommended the following: Disable automatic switching. This can be done from the following location: System Preferences > Energy Saver > Automatic graphics switching. but my computer doesn't have that option in system preferences. Is there another fix? I really don't want to update the software unless I REALLY have to (last resort). Thanks!
