Apple ID

I don’t have access to the email I used for my Apple ID bc it was hacked a while ago and I can’t remember the birthday I added to my account for security questions bc I was in a hurry I didn’t double check it, what can I do??? I have proof of ownership I just can’t seem to unlock my account and I’m getting frustrated bc I can’t update any of my apps! 😣 the recovery thing isn’t working either and I’m upset! Uuuugh someone help
