How do I update my MacPro OS High Sierra system 10.13.6 to 10.14

I tried to load Turbo Tax 2020 on my MacBook Pro. It says I need 10.14 or greater. My system currently is 10.13.6. How do I upgrade

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, download Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. Alternatively, use the online version of TurboTax.
