I have updated my iPhone 7’s iOS to 14.3 but it is very slow and it gets freezed for a while often, how can I either fix the problem or downgrade to iOS 13
It is a shame that Apple hasn’t fixed this issues with iPhone 7 and iOS 14 after several iOS 14 updates released !
These may help you improve the performance. You cannot downgrade.

My phone after iOS update to 14.3 freezes (have less FPS on screen like slow motion) allmost anytime i take it and unlock in first 10-20 seconds, my mom has android chipest phone it is not lagging such in menu or home screen. My phone is new, battery 100%, don't use it in cold. Another 7 my girlfriend has 13.5 iOS it's fine!
