When I call someone the name of abonent is normal, but when I get a call the word “или” is added to the name of abonent. Why is it so?

seems like you have contact with the same number in another account, like an email for example.

btw, you should translate everything or use original language, this “или” wouldn't mean a thing for non-Russian speaking guys here :-)
