MAC address showing on Personal Hotspot Users

A month ago I had noticed someone had connected to my personal hotspot off a Vivo phone. The password was pretty basic so assumed someone just guessed mine while on the train. However I have just used it again and 2 users came up

the following user just with what looks to be a MAC address shows up.... dc:41:a9:9:86:ed

And "Other devices"

Could this be from the previous user who has hacked the phone?
