Hi,
Since some weeks the display of my Macbook 13, 2018 ( 4 thunderbolt ports )is with inverted colors. When I nearly close the screen, colors get back normal. Is this a common problem? It's not referenced in any warranty program at apple.

Sounds like you have a bad Display Cable that will require having the Display Assembly replaced. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider repair the laptop.
