Boot loop and black screen iPhone 6 plus

This is a tricky one, my iPhone six plus is unresponsive and black screened. When plugged in to charge it goes straight into boot loop. I successfully managed to get it into recovery mode (ITunes) but as soon as I unplug it to connect it to my computer it goes black again.

it won’t allow me to put it into recovery mode when already connected to the computer only when it’s connected to a charger.

Based on what you mentioned, you were able to recover your iPhone using iTunes on a computer, but it produced the same results shortly after disconnecting the cable. You seem to have done the steps here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen.

If so, you may be able to get help where you are when you Contact Apple for support and service.
