DYMO Twin Turbo 450
Dymo printer won't work with Big Sur. DYMO -- a piece of s--t company if there ever was one -- has no fix and no timeline for updated driver software. Anyone have a fix?

Well, you do need driver support if you are going to use the product. Without product support by Dymo, no support in Apple's AirPrint, or even GutenPrint, you are done with the Dymo device. Then you have a decision to make: 1) toss the Dymo, or 2) pursue the next paragraph.
If you made a Time Machine backup of your previous operating system where the Dymo was supported, and choose to revert to that operatings sytem via booting into Recovery (⌘+R) — you can choose to Restore from the Time Machine backup. That will wipe the Big Sur drive, and repave it to be like it was with that prior former operating system and your data.
