How do I import mxf-files into Final Cut Pro?

I am a beginner and VERY thankful for help!
The camer is a Canon c70.
They are in 4K
And yes they are from a card.
I moved them from my friends external harddrive to my own external harddrive by dragging them. I can open them on my external disk and watch the clips in VLC. But I can not import them to FCP. I am so thankful for help!!!!
Do they open in Quicktime Player? If so, press Command-I, twirl open all the panes in the Inspector window and post a screenshot.
If they do not open in Quicktime Player, open them in MediaInfo and post a screenshot.
Probably just File->Import and select the files...
What camera are these from? Are they in a card?
I did manage now to import them, but they are only audio
