Apple charged me despite failed authorization on card.

I was ordering a MagSafe wireless charger when I entered my debit card details. I placed the order and then there’s a “Your payment authorisation failed on card . Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method”. I thought the order was canceled so I signed out. I checked my bank account and it charged me for the MagSafe charger and yet there’s no confirmation or anything. I checked the orders list and there is no order. I want my money back.
