Update on yesterday, Apple have sent an email, new iPhone replacement on its way, should arrive Monday (11)

so it pays to contact Apple, in the first instant, to be fare, Apple have been most helpful in sorting problem, and impressed with the speed it was sorted (under a week)

I’m having the same problem (pro Max), I’m using an all singing all dancing Samsung Charger with its own cooling system. Phone will start to charge then 4 percent in it just stops, is this the same for you? Or is the phone not being recognised by the charger?
